Bachelor's degree, 2 years plus of call center (CRM), and customer service experience. Life insurance expertise preferred. Insurance certifications such as FLMI, CLU, ACS, or PCS preferred. Candidate to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, exceptional customer service, attention to detail. Independent thinker and problem solver. Must be flexible and patient. Going the extra mile a huge plus!
