Job Description

We are always seeking talented and dependable individuals for the role of Administrative Assistant to join our team when future opportunities arise. The Administrative Assistant provides critical support to daily operations, ensures smooth communication across departments, and contributes to an organized, efficient workplace.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to assigned divisions or senior staff
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting materials
  • Draft, review, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with company procedures
  • Answer and route telephone calls, respond to emails, and greet internal/external visitors
  • Track and manage supply inventories and requisitions
  • Input and retrieve data using standard office software or agency-specific systems
  • Perform time-sensitive tasks under minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of general administrative or clerical experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with records management systems or timekeeping platforms
